I was trying to trade in a truck that had a lot of negative equity. It was turning in to a real challenge. Joey Francis spent his entire day handling my sale and was able to get me into a new car that I really liked all while keeping me within my payment range. He was very friendly and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about the cars that he showed me and was able to answer any questions I had. Though it took most of his day to accommodate my needs he never made me feel like an imposition.

After visting 3 other dealerships, our hopes we're pretty low. We went to ready credit with rejection in mind and after looking at 3 cars (1 being thought of as impossible) we ended up being approved for the best. Dwight spent many hours of his day with us making sure we were comfortable with everything that was going on from the price of the car to the payment settlement and even getting us out the door the same day with the car! I would recommend anyone to at least go and look and experience such great service. Even if you don't find what you're looking for it is well worth the trip down to see Dwight and the other guys.

With the economy the way it is, my boyfriend was laid off. He then go hired for a great job, but we only had one car. We rented a car for a few days and then went to Ready Credit. Even though our home was almost foreclosed on last year, we were still able to get a car loan with ready credit. We were told it would only be a few days for everything to be ready. They ran one day short and since I had already returned the rental car, Randy our sales rep, picked me up at 5:30am and brought me to my job that is from 6-10am. Then he picked me up at 10am and brought me to my second job. During my lunch I went and picked up the car we had bought. I would recommend Balise Ready Credit, and especially Randy Jones.

My daughter and I went here because I had previously bought a car here. The people working there were outstanding. When they found a car for her, she did not like the one that they found and she was very upset. She decided that she needed time to decide if that is what she would get as it was in her price range and he car was going to die very soon. The financial manager was extremely nice and explained everything to my daughter with regards to what she can afford afford and what the bank will lend her with regards to her credit history. The next day, while shopping around, they called her to tell her that they found her another car that they were willing to purchase for her at another Balise dealer if she wanted it. My daughter is now in a car that she can afford and that she loves. They went above and beyond what I would of expected from a car dealership and I would recommend them to anyone that needs a good used car without being hassled or feeling rushed. Very good experience. Staff was much more professional than anticpated given that this dealership is known to work almost exclusively in the subprime market. Very, very patience. Though they told me I would qualify for a "conventional" loan it seems I still have the subprime rate which I'm fine with given is better than the loan I just had. The salesperson, Juan Peterow worked very hard to accomodate my needs. He took his time (several hours actually) to show me number of different cars, listened really well but was excellent at helping me understand what I could afford versus what I wanted. Overall, I would definetely recommend them again. I showed up at 2pm and was in my new car the same day. I don't believe I've seen any sales people work so hard to accomodate their customer. Wonderful experience.

Greg had gone out of his way to search for a vehicle for my son. You could not find a friendlier guy. It was not my usual car-buying or searching experience. Even though we could not find something we could afford, I felt like I made a friend as opposed to dealing with a "car salesman". I would not hesitate to recommend Greg for any and all friends or associates that re looking to get into a car reasonably and affordably, as well as work with you for financial reasons. Initially, I was reluctant about going into Ready Credit to purchase a vehicle. My past experiences with used car lots were never a good experience. I was promised vehicles at a low monthly rate and it always fell through for some reason or other. When I went into Balise Ready Credit in Enfield, I was greeted by Carlos and I immediately felt comfortable speaking with him about my credit history. Everything was up front and he was more than willing to help with my needs. John was also a key player in making my dream of owning a BMW come true. I didn't think I would be approved because I had recently paid off a bankcruptcy. John said he could help me and I am now the very proud owner of my dream vehicle! Soon after I purchased my car, I realized the windshield had a very small crack in it and my headlight basket was broken. I called Balise Ready Credit and They put me through to Dave in repair service and once again, I was pleased with the service I recieved. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and everyone was very nice about it. I hope I never have to buy another car. ( I LOVE MY BMW!) My daughter had an appointment with Greg (Greg Burns, 860-253-3394). She completed the paperwork for financing but it was apparent she did not qualify because of her finances. Greg told her in the nicest terms that she did not qualify. He then gave her suggestions to inprove her chances of getting financed (larger down payment, higher earnings). She was told this by her family but I guess hearing it from a stranger is more meaningful. She was naturally disappointed but not angry. On the way home she came up with some plans on how to save more for a down payment and steps to get a higher paying (or additional) job. Because of the way Greg handled this, he turned diappointment into a positive experience. Destiny is her's. I truely appreciate how Greg handled this. It truely shows his professionalism and experience. I would recommend Greg to anyone.

Mr. Greg Burns assisted me through the entire buying process experience. He educated me to the financing methods and the best option for me, but he didn't stop there. He answered my questions and concerns with genuine caring even when some of my concerns were actually petty. I guess I would be considered a good test for a salesman.
